Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume or makeup stains.
All original tags, packaging boxes, and dust bags must be intact and returned with the item.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel or swimwear dresses with hygiene seals (if applicable) cannot be returned once opened.
Return Process

Refunds

To ensure you get the size or style you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement.
